Qualifications of Management Team

The Esystems' staff is rich in education, experience and achievements. All of the staff posses advanced degrees and/or special training. The management team has extensive experience in providing technical solutions to a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, education, construction, health care, and non-profit. Esystems recruits experienced and recent graduates that are talented, well rounded and technically oriented. A brief description of the backgrounds of Esystems managing partners follows:

Glenwood L. Elam, Jr. - President

Mr. Elam has over 20 years work experience in the Information Technology field. During this time, he has worked in various sectors - private, educational and public. He has held a variety of positions including a microcomputer consultant, systems programmer, senior LAN administrator, senior computer laboratory supervisor, project manager, senior manager, and director of information technology. Mr. Elam has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration-Computer and Information Systems from Temple University. He also has a Masters of Management Degree from Pennsylvania State University. He also holds a Certificate of Completion in European Strategic Management from the University of Ou in the Netherlands. Additionally, he is part of a variety of professional organizations and civic organizations.

Carl-Stephan Marcelin - Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

Carl-Stephan Marcelin is an Information Technology specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field of IT services. He is responsible for overseeing the development of Esystems, Inc.'s technology efforts including the management, implementation and support of local & wide area networks, corporate technology infrastructures, and disaster recovery services. As a member of the "ETeam", Mr. Marcelin also participates in determining the strategic direction of the company's technology initiatives. Mr. Marcelin has a record of providing superior client services throughout his career.

Prior to his work with Esystems, Inc., Mr. Marcelin was employed as a Senior Network Administrator for Mellon Bank, a Technical Supervisor for The School Construction Authority, an IT consultant for Temple University's Academic Computing Services. In all of his experiences, Mr. Marcelin focused on delivering the highest quality of service in Information Technology.

Mr. Marcelin's education includes an Associates Degree from the Valley Forge Military College in Wayne, PA, and undergraduate studies at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Marcelin's technical expertise is largely attributed to an uncommonly natural aptitude in the use of all aspects of technology including hardware & software applications and network structures. He continues to participate in continued educational programs, seminars and workshops to enhance his knowledge and understanding of Information Technology.
